Born in Paris and raised in Thessaloniki, he studied architecture in London and acting in New York. From an early age he got involved with music, learning piano and then, during adolescence, he made his first attempts on composing. At the same time, he joins the school's theater group and participates in several performances. After school graduation, he decides to study the art of architecture. He graduates from University of East London, having received a BSc RIBA I and a PG Diploma RIBA II, as formal qualifications in architecture, and returns to Greece to serve his military duties. After serving his term, he goes to New York to study the art of acting at HB Studio. He becomes part of the theater group HB Ensemble, and participates in the theatrical play "Puntila, and his man Matti", Berthold Brecht for 19 performances at the HB Playwrights Theatre, as an actor but also as the music composer. Going back to Thessaloniki, he participates in the interactive performance "FakeTime at Hotel Ariston", playing the policeman part. His next appearance is in the feature action film "Bad start", making his debut in a leading role, as Vassilis Kessarios, directed by Paris Grigorakis.

Zahf is also an accomplished theatre performer and spent a year on Broadway in the original cast production of Andrew Lloyd Webber's "Bombay Dreams", playing 14 characters in the show. In his personal life, Zahf is a teacher, playwright, director, avid foodie, sneakerhead, husband and father who loves diversity in music, fashion, and entertainment.
